As I get ready for the life of a full time Personal Trainer I felt that it is only right that I try to get myself into the best shape of my life as I help others do the same. 

My goal is to lose 10% bodyfat in the next 12 weeks. I decided to record a quick 6 round bagwork circuit. During my breaks I explain the process behind the different round structures and how you can try this at the gym as well.
